Everyone on your team in Tally Sign, and each Salesforce user who sends, replies to customers or decides on their change requests. Customers never need one. In Salesforce, anyone can see status and signed documents and leave internal notes without a seat. ### What does the Salesforce plan add? The Salesforce package and everything that works through it: sending from any record, quote lines and related lists, write-backs after signing, Revenue Cloud quote-to-cash, CPQ, send rules deployed as Flows, Agentforce actions and seats linked to Salesforce users. ### Why blocks of five on the Salesforce plan? It keeps the bill simple. Five seats cost $200 a month, ten cost $400, fifteen cost $600, and you add a block when you need one. ### How long does setup take? Under 30 minutes with Salesforce: install the package, connect your org, give reps access and put Tally Sign on the record pages you send from. Revenue Cloud and CPQ quotes work as soon as you're connected. Without Salesforce, you can send your first document in a few minutes. ### Can I start without Salesforce and connect it later? Yes. Your templates, documents and team carry over when you move to the Salesforce plan. ### Is single sign-on extra? No. It's on both plans. Connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect provider, and require it for everyone if you like; the owner keeps a password in case your identity provider is ever down. People can also sign in with Salesforce, Google or Microsoft. ### Is “no limit” really no limit? Yes, for normal business use. The terms include a fair-use clause so one account can't use Tally Sign to send bulk mail, and that's the only catch. ### What do our customers need? An email address.
