# Generate and sign documents — from Tally Sign or Salesforce

> Generate order forms, SOWs and NDAs from any Salesforce record, send them for e-signature and get the signed PDF back. Templates in minutes. No envelope limits.

Build a template once and send it from a quote, an opportunity or any record. The signed copy, the status and the next step come back to Salesforce on their own.

Set up in under 30 minutes. No limit on documents. $20 a user, or $200 for every 5 users with Salesforce.

Tally Sign works seamlessly with Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Flow and Agentforce, and it works without Salesforce too. Setup takes under 30 minutes.

## Build templates in minutes — in Tally Sign or Salesforce

Build it on the page, or describe it and the assistant designs it. You can even drop in the PDF you use today and it rebuilds it as a template. Drag in any Salesforce field and preview it with a real record.

- **In Tally Sign**

- **In Salesforce**

What you're seeing: The Tally Sign editor on an Order Form template. A Salesforce pricing table is dragged onto the page, a Billing Frequency column is added from the quote lines, and a signatures block goes at the end. Preview as record fills everything from a real quote, then the table switches designs and hides $0 lines.

### Real quote lines

Groups, ramp years, one-time fees and $0 bundle lines, the way Revenue Cloud stores them.

### Any field, any object

Account, contact, owner, opportunity or your own custom fields, dragged into a sentence.

### Preview with a real record

Pick a quote and see the finished document, signers included, before you publish.

1. 0:00 Open the Tally Sign tab In Salesforce, choose New template and the object it's sent from.
2. 0:30 Describe it Tell the assistant what it's for. It designs the whole page around the record.
3. 2:00 Drag in fields Account name, bill-to address, expiration date, anything on the record.
4. 4:00 Choose who signs The quote's contact, a contact role, the owner or whoever sends it.
5. 6:00 Preview a real record Every value and every line filled in before anyone sees it.
6. 8:00 Send it It's under Send with Tally Sign on every record, for the whole team.

## Send from the record — without leaving Salesforce

Reps send from the quote, answer the customer's questions, accept their redlines and fix a sentence before it goes out, all on the record. When everyone has signed, the quote is Accepted and the order exists.

- **Send and get it back signed**: Signers come from the quote. Signing marks it Accepted and creates the order.

- **Reply and accept redlines**: Answer a question, see the edit word for word, accept it in one click.

- **Change it before it goes out**: The editor opens right inside Salesforce. Fix a line, then send.

What you're seeing: A Salesforce quote with the Tally Sign package. The rep clicks Send with Tally Sign, checks the filled order form and its quote lines, adds a note and sends. The customer signs, the quote moves to Accepted, an order appears and the rep gets a bell notification.

## Customers sign on their phone — no app, no account, no zooming

One clear email with your logo and a single button. The document reflows to fit the screen, Start jumps from field to field, a signature can be drawn with a finger or typed, and the signed copy arrives by email with its audit certificate.

- Questions and suggested edits from the same screen
- Reminders go out on their own until it's signed
- Your logo and colors, never ours

What you're seeing: The signing email as it arrives on a phone, from the sending company via Tally Sign, with one Review and sign button. Then the signing page: the customer agrees to sign electronically, reads the order summary, types a PO number and draws a signature to finish.

## Turn on an automation — it runs in your Salesforce org

Start from the library or write a rule in one sentence: when a quote is approved, send the order form. Tally Sign deploys it to Salesforce as a Flow and logs every run.

What you're seeing: The automations library. The rep turns on “Mark the quote Accepted when it's signed”, then creates a rule that sends the Order Form when a quote's Status becomes Approved. Switching it on deploys a Flow to Salesforce, and the first run appears in the log.

## Ask ChatGPT or Claude — it gets done in Tally Sign

Connect Tally Sign once, then ask in plain words. It answers with a card right in the chat: the Salesforce quote to adjust, the order form on its real page, a review before anything goes out, and who has signed.

- **ChatGPT**

- **Claude**

What you're seeing: ChatGPT with Tally Sign connected. Asked for the Brightline Fleet Expansion quote, it opens the Tally Sign card: the quote's lines from Salesforce. Three more seats and 10% off implementation, then Create order form makes the draft. Review and send shows who gets it, a note is added, and it's sent. The card then shows who has signed.

### 26 tools — everything you'd do in the app

### ChatGPT, Claude and more

ChatGPT and Claude connect with a sign-in. Claude Code, Cursor and any other MCP client connect with an API key.

### Connected in a minute

Settings → AI & API walks you through it with a picture of each step. Nothing to install.

### It acts as you

Everyone signs in with their own Tally Sign account. Your name and title go on your side of the document, and on Salesforce documents you're the sender.

### It asks before sending

The send tool only runs with your go-ahead, and it's marked as emailing people outside your company, so ChatGPT and Claude check with you first.

### Signed stays signed

Only drafts can be edited. A sent document has to be unlocked first, which clears its signatures, and signed ones can't be deleted.

### Off in one click

An admin can disconnect every ChatGPT and Claude connection at once. Only admins create API keys, and each can be revoked.
